Celebrating Creativity! Indofood and ITB Art Market 2025 “Setakat Lekat”

Indofood, through Indomie, Indomilk, and Chitato, celebrated creativity on October 18-19, 2025, at the ITB Art Market in Bandung, West Java.



Bandung, October 22, 2025 – Indofood, through its leading brands Indomie, Indomilk, and Chitato, participated in ITB Art Market 2025, held on October 18 – 19, 2025 at the Ganesha Campus in Bandung. This year, Indofood presented a fresh experience: a collaborative art installation with artist, lecturer, and ITB FSRD alumnus Budi Adi Nugroho. The installation was designed to showcase the unique characteristics of each Indofood brand, while also blending in with the festival's theme, “Setakat Lekat” (Close Connection), which reflects the interwined relationship between physical and digital realities.

ITB Art Market: Icon of Art & Culture
Since it was first held in 1972, the ITB Art Market has been recognized as one of Indonesia’s most iconic art festivals. The festival brings together artists, academics, industry players, and the wider community, making it a unique space for cultural interaction. With a history spanning over five decades, ITB Art Market once drew a record 600,000 visitors, making it one of the largest cultural festivals in Southeast Asia. After a hiatus of more than ten years, the festival returned with renewed energy. In 2025, ITB Art Market featured exhibitions, performances, workshops, art installations, and more than 200 interdisciplinary creative booths, with the theme “Setakat Lekat” (Close Connection). This theme reflects contemporary reality, where the boundaries between physical and digital worlds are increasingly blurred and intertwined, shaping a new collective experience.

Collaborative Installation: One Work, Diverse Expression
The joint installation by Budi Adi Nugroho features similar visual forms, distinguished by each brand’s signature colors and the iconic elements of ITB Art Market. Indomie, with its iconic red, yellow, and green colors, symbolizes the diversity of flavors enjoyed across generations. Indomilk incorporates the distinctive colors of Indomilk Your Way as a symbol of the energy and culture of the younger generation. Chitato, presented in vibrant yellow, radiates cheerfulness and captures the fun and spontaneity of youth. Together, the installation underscores that while each brand carries its own unique character, they come together harmoniously under the theme “Setakat Lekat,” reflecting the close connection between community, culture, and creativity.

In addition, Budi Adi Nugroho shared, “This collaboration proves that art can be present in various mediums, even through brands that are part of everyday life. I want to present works that will remain in people’s memories, just like Indomie, Indomilk, and Chitato, which have long been part of Indonesian society.”
