We actively provide support to grow local entrepreneurship in local communities. We believe this creates both economic and knowledge empowerment and ultimately improves the welfare of our communities.

Partnership with Food Entrepreneurs through Pojok Selera
Residents living around our operating units are encouraged to participate in our capacity building program to become food entrepreneurs. Under the program, participants are trained and coached on various aspects of flour-based food preparation, food business management, channel marketing, and Halal certification which is required before the official registration number from authorized bodies can be obtained. Since 2018, we have partnered with an e-commerce platform to provide training to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) owners enrolled under the Pojok Selera program.

We have a strong network of successful alumni of Pojok Selera. We invited Pojok Selera alumni to share their knowledge and experiences to motivate local communities to become successful MSME owners.
