ICBP is dedicated to treating all employees fairly and implementing labor practices that comply with Indonesian regulations and the nine Fundamental Conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), which have been ratified by the Indonesian government
This commitment is reflected in our Company Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (CLA), which have been validated by the local government, the Local Government, particularly the Office in charge for Manpower at District Level. These documents cover important aspects of employment, such as occupational health and safety, and social and healthcare security.
Our tripartite framework comprising our Code of Conduct, Company Regulations and CLA integrate human rights issues into the implementation of our business operations to cover:
- Freedom of Association
- Collective Labor Agreements
- Grievance mechanisms related to employment
- Prohibition of child and forced labor practices
- Equal Opportunities
- Non-discrimination practices on hiring, talent management, people development, and remuneration
