ICBP’s approach to sustainability governance is closely aligned with that of our parent company, Indofood, and builds on our existing corporate governance framework.

The Board of Directors (BOD) is responsible for establishing strong governance practices based on Indonesian regulations and key principles like transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

ICBP’s corporate sustainability strategy applies to all operating units. We use key performance indicators (KPI) and quantifiable targets to understand our progress on key material issues.
