Mr. Timotius, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed by the BOC as a member of the AC as stated in the resolution of the BOC dated 16 December 2024. He is serving his second period in the current AC term, and is concurrently an Independent Commissioner and Chairman of AC at SIMP (2019-present), a member of the AC at PT Bank Permata Tbk (2023-present), and PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk ("Indoritel") (2020-present), and a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at University of Indonesia since 1992.
Mr. Timotius has served as Independent Commissioner at LSIP (2018-2019), Accounting Finance Manager (1980-1989) and Director (1990-1996) at PT Moritas Agrobi, Director at PT Suprawira Finance (1996-1998) and Commissioner at PT Kharisma Valas Indonesia (1998-2008).
He obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Management from the University of Indonesia in 1984, a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Indonesia in 1992, a Master of International Management from the University of Indonesia in 1990, and a Doctor of Agriculture Economics from the Bogor Institute of Agriculture in 2000.
