Commissioner
Mr. Paulus Moleonoto, an Indonesian citizen, was first appointed as a Commissioner based on the resolution of the Company’s AGM in 2009 with the latest reappointment in 2024. He is concurrently Director of Indofood (2009-present) and Executive Director and Head of Finance & Corporate Services of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. (“IndoAgri”) (2006-present), President Director of SIMP (2025-present) and President Commissioner of LSIP (2015-present). He was previously Vice President Director of SIMP (2004-2025), Vice President Director I (2014-2015) and Director (2007-2014) of LSIP. Before joining the Plantations Division of the Indofood Group as Chief Financial Ofcer, he held various management positions in the Salim Plantations Group (1990-2004). He began his career with Drs. Hans Kartikahadi & Co., a public accounting firm in Jakarta (1984-1990).
He is a registered accountant in Indonesia. He obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Tarumanagara, Jakarta, in 1987; and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and a Master of Science degree in Administration and Business Policy from the University of Indonesia in 1990 and 2001 respectively.
He has no afliation with the members of the BOC and BOD, but is afliated to the Company’s substantial shareholder
