Director
Mr. Chandra Arif Santoso, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as a Director of ICBP based on the resolution of the AGM in 2024. He is concurrently a Director of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (2024-present). He started his career in the Internal Audit Bureau of PT Inti Salim Corpora in 1996, before joining the Corporate Controller Division of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“Indofood”) in 2003. In 2004, he joined PT Indolakto as the General Manager of Finance & Accounting until the company became part of Indofood in 2008. He continued his tenure at PT Indolakto, serving as Chief Operating Officer (2008–2014), and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2014.
Mr. Santoso earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering in 1994, and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1996 from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, US.
He has no affiliation with the members of the BOD, BOC or substantial shareholder of the Company.
